Parents’ Association
St. Paul’s College is fortunate to have a very active Parents’ Association whose objectives include: Fostering of good relations between parents/guardians, teachers, students and school authorities; Liaising with school management on expectations of parents/guardians as it relates to the education of their children; Fundraising to help cover day to day costs, and ongoing development within the College, to provide a range of facilities for your son, which are not funded by Department of Education.
Members of the Parents’ Association are involved in many aspects of school life. They are on the Board of Management, the Career Support Group, work with the Student Council, assist in policy-making Committees, assist with Open Day, as well as organise social and fundraising activities.
We welcome any assistance that parents/guardians can offer the Association on either a formal or informal basis. Our meetings are held in the College at 8pm on the first Wednesday of every month during the school year. These meetings are open to all Parents/Guardians wishing to attend, with no obligation to becoming a permanent member. If you are available to help at any event please let us know in advance or even on the day/night in question.
If you are a past pupil and would be interested in sharing your experiences of your occupation with the pupils please let us know or contact the school directly.

We are awaiting confirmation from the Board of Management as to how best we can utilise these funds, along with those raised earlier in the school year, for the benefit of all pupils.
During the school year ending 30th June 2009 the Parents Association funded the purchase of two White Boards, tables and chairs to the sum of €8,980, as well as funding the 6th year Students Graduation, Art Prizes for the College Art exposition and engaging a guest speaker at the AGM.
